One thing’s for sure: Living with ADHD in yourself or someone else requires an overdeveloped sense of humor!
That’s why I tracked down — all the way to a Swiss museum — excellent vintage photos of roller coaster riders so I could obtain the rights to share them with you and offer this contest.
The 1956 “Geister Express” series by photographer Yvan Dalain consists of 12 photos. Six are already posted on the website for my book here:
http://adhdrollercoaster.com/pera-overview.htm
Click on each of the categories that offer more information about the book, such as “Professional Endorsements” or “Why a Roller Coaster?” to see all six photos currently displayed.
Follow the red link below each photo to enter the contest. Write the winning quip, and you receive a free autographed copy of my new book, Is It You, Me, or Adult A.D.D.? Stopping the Roller Coaster When Someone You Love Has Attention Deficit Disorder. I’ll post the photo next month with wining quip. There will be one new photo for each of the following six months.
Remember: the quip needs to have an ADHD-related theme. (Check out the quips for the six photos already posted to see what I mean.)
Good luck!
Gina
